iOS app folders are not showing up in Files

Xcode, iOS, Files,
Very bizarre effect in an development for iOS 15.3 that the files of the app CaptureSample / TakingPicturesFor3DObjectCapture don’t show up in Files (anymore). Fixed by increasing BundleVersion String (& NSUbiquitousContainerIsDocumentScopePublic to 1) Strange.

Microsoft auto-update gets stuck on MAC -> try this

Never expect quality software just because it’s from a global player. If your Mac can’t update your Microsoft Word, Excel or whatever – try the command line.
Open the Terminal application Enter cd /Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0/Microsoft\ AutoUpdate.app/Contents/MacOS Run ./msupdate –help

Heizelement EL240 Alex Duetto Ausbau und Ersatz

Zunächst hatte ich den Stromausfall gar nicht bemerkt. Erst als ich wieder an den Schreibtisch wollte und die Monitore nicht gingen wurde ich stutzig. Radio lief noch und auch das Laptop war über die mobile Verbindung ins Internet gegangen. Mein erster Gedanke war, dass es mal wieder hier im Stadtteil einen Stromausfall gegeben haben muss; es sind Bauarbeiten und es wäre nicht so ungewöhnlich. Ein kurzer Test – oh, das Treppenhaus-Licht geht noch. Also doch etwas bei mir. Ein zweiter Fehlerstromschutzschalter ist im Keller und der meinte permanent auslösen zu müssen. Also wieder hoch, Stecker ziehen und die Sicherungen raus. Nach und nach wieder hoch schalten. Die Waschmaschine, die ich zuerst in Verdacht hatte war es nicht. Aber meine Kaffeemaschine, eine Duetto (alias MyWay). Ärgerlich, da ich gerade letzte Woche ein Problem mit der Pumpe hatte dass sich aber ganz gut beheben ließ. Und nun wieder. Nach einem kurzen Reinmessen stand fest: eine Heizspirale hat einen Schluss zum Gehäuse. Deswegen fliegt der FI. Also, Boiler ausgebaut und Heizspirale raus. Denkst du! Weder mit Hitze noch mit Gewalt. Löst sich nicht. Nicht ums verrecken. Kurz überlegt: kaputt ist sie schon, also irgendwie entlasten und dann rausdrehen, oder die Mutter sprengen. Ein letzter Versuch noch, einen Meißel an einer Seite angesetzt und ein paar herzhafte Schläge, aber auch das half nicht. Also, mit dem Dremel und einer Diamantscheibe einschneiden um die Auflagefläche zu entlasten. Das hätte ich lieber gleich so machen sollen. Keine 10 Minuten. Nach sechs Schnitten ließ sich die Heizung sogar von Hand heraus drehen. Ersatzteil (GC35 und EL240 für 240V) bestellt , eine neue Heizspirale und eine passende Dichtung.
